By accessing saifsaber.com, downloading a product, or using a connected service, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable License. If you do not agree, do not use the site or products.

Saif Saber Studio is referred to as the Studio, we, or us. You means the visitor, purchaser, or user.

The Studio publishes Notion templates, embeddable widgets, code, educational material, and related digital resources. Features, listings, prices, and availability may change.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use or purchase.

Prices are shown on the relevant listing and may change before purchase. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment processing may be handled by the checkout provider. You authorise that provider to charge the selected payment method.

Digital products are delivered through a download, duplication link, access page, email, or third-party platform. You are responsible for entering accurate details, keeping delivery links secure, and maintaining compatible software and accounts.

Because digital products are usually available immediately, sales are generally final once access or delivery has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a listing states a different policy.

If a file is materially defective, a link fails, or you made a duplicate purchase, contact the Studio promptly with the order details. We may repair or replace the product, restore access, or provide another remedy appropriate to the issue.

You may not:

• Use the site or products unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm others.
• Probe security, bypass access controls, overload services, inject malicious code, or interfere with operation.
• Scrape or systematically extract content without written permission.
• Misrepresent affiliation, impersonate another person, or submit infringing or abusive material.
• Redistribute or commercialise products beyond the rights granted in the License.

The site, branding, product designs, text, graphics, code, templates, and other original materials are owned by the Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Buying or downloading a product gives you a limited licence, not ownership of the product or brand.

The separate License controls product-use rights. If a product carries a different written licence, that product-specific licence controls.

The site links to or embeds services such as Notion, Vercel, beehiiv, Google Translate, payment platforms, social networks, and media providers. Their terms, privacy practices, fees, and uptime are outside our control. A link or embed does not guarantee endorsement or continued availability.

We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue site features or products. Reasonable support may be provided for current products, but no particular response time, update schedule, future feature, or permanent hosting period is promised unless a listing says so.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of downloaded or duplicated material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every platform change, or suitable for a particular purpose. Productivity, educational, financial, health, religious, coding, or other informational material is not professional advice and should be independently evaluated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost data, revenue, profit, opportunity, or goodwill; or loss caused by third-party services. Our total liability for a claim connected with a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may restrict access or terminate a licence when these terms are materially breached, rights are infringed, abuse or fraud is suspected, or action is necessary to protect users, providers, or the Studio. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.

We may revise these terms; the effective date will show the latest version. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cairo, Egypt have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another forum or right.
