This Standard License applies to templates, widgets, code, databases, files, documentation, and other digital products supplied by Saif Saber Studio, whether paid or free, unless a product is delivered with a different written licence. Product-specific terms take priority if they conflict with this page.

After lawful purchase or download, the Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access, duplicate where technically intended, use, and modify the product for personal use and your own internal business operations.

The licence is granted to the purchaser or named recipient. It does not transfer copyright or ownership and may not be sublicensed except where this page expressly allows it.

• Duplicate a template into workspaces you personally own or manage for your own use.
• Edit layouts, text, formulas, properties, automations, and data to fit your workflow.
• Use the resulting workspace privately or inside your own organisation.

You may not publish the duplicated template for public duplication, share the original duplication link outside your licensed use, or distribute a substantially similar blank template to others.

• Embed hosted widgets in your own Notion pages or websites, subject to reasonable use.
• Modify downloaded code for your own private implementation.
• Show the functioning result publicly when the source product is not exposed for extraction or reuse.

You may not mirror the Studio’s hosted service, redistribute source files, remove required notices, sell access to an unchanged widget, or use the code as the core of a competing widget or template collection.

You may use a product to operate your own business and may show screenshots or outputs as part of your work. You may configure a product while providing a service to a client only when the client does not receive an editable, reusable copy of the underlying product.

If a client will own, duplicate, edit, or continue using the product, the client needs a separate licence unless an extended or client licence is agreed in writing.

• Reselling, redistributing, gifting, sublicensing, file-sharing, or uploading the product to another marketplace or repository.
• Sharing purchase, download, duplication, or source links with unlicensed people.
• Claiming the original product or design as your own, or registering it as a trademark.
• Using any part to build a substantially similar product whose main value comes from the licensed material.
• Removing copyright, attribution, access-control, or licence notices where present.
• Using the product unlawfully, to infringe rights, or to distribute malware or harmful content.

A zero price does not place a product in the public domain. Free downloads and previews use this same licence unless their listing states an open-source or alternative licence.

Updates, new versions, hosted availability, and support are not guaranteed. Access to a later paid edition, add-on, or major upgrade may require a separate purchase.

Saif Saber Studio and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. Attribution is appreciated but not required unless a product or third-party component specifically says it is.

Products are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio does not promise compatibility with every future Notion, browser, API, or third-party platform change. Third-party fonts, libraries, media, and platform features remain subject to their own licences and terms.

This licence ends automatically if you materially breach it and do not fix the breach after notice where a cure is appropriate. On termination, stop using and distributing the product and delete unlicensed copies. Ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and accrued rights survive.

Need team-wide distribution, client transfer, white-labelling, source redistribution, education cohorts, or another use not granted here? Request a written extended licence before using the product that way. Silence, a social message, or a purchase receipt does not expand this licence.
